Blogs can be integrated into your own website, or can be set up on many of the free sites such as WordPress® or Blogger®.   You do not have to be a professional writer to provide content to a blog; it is more about providing content that is useful and relevant.

Forums are Internet message boards where your prospects and customers can share ideas among themselves.  Forums are especially helpful in an intranet environment for support.  They also can be useful for certain types of businesses where it is important to share ideas with visitors.
